Executive, Crew Tracking Control
Reports To
FOM Operations Control & Flight Dispatch
Role Purpose
Accountable for assisting and coordinating any operation matters in the Operations Control Center and Flight Dispatch in ensuring the efficient execution of real-time operational control and management for the Firefly flight operation, specifically in relation to crew tracking and control.
Key Accountability
- Execute and monitor the safety and security policies and procedures that align with flight operations objectives.
- Implement environmentally friendly practices in support of the company's environmental policy and initiatives.
- Ensure and monitor that flights depart on time and take corrective actions to exceed the on-time performance target.
- Monitor and control the deployment of crew system-wide in response to flight schedule and roster changes for optimal crew utilization.
- Coordinate with the Operations Control Center on crew matters, qualifications, and on-time flight departure performance.
- Monitor and manage unexpected disruptions to flight schedules and crew rosters within 48 hours to optimize crew utilization.
- Monitor, manage and ensure the availability, check-in, and punctuality of flight and cabin crew within a 48-hour window.
- Monitor and lead in additional and canceled positioning bookings and crew hotel rooms to minimize unnecessary costs.
- Manage the deployment of operations staff for smooth crew roster management and operational continuity.
- Monitor and manage crew duty roster changes to ensure compliance with rules and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other business units during disruptions and crises.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Monitor the operation to ensure it complies with regulations, company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Review and investigate delays based on daily on-time performance reports.
- Accountable for controlling and managing operations emergencies and crises
- Involve in discussions related to system enhancements.
- Monitor and ensure system functionalities align with policies and procedures and prepare reports to the Management as required.
- Plan and coordinate ad-hoc hotel bookings and transportation for crew at the station.
- Plan and coordinate reservation bookings and ticket issuance for crew on positioning duty.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities from the Flight Operations Manager, Operations Control and flight Dispatch.
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Diploma/Degree in any field (preferably in aviation) with 4 years of working experience in the airline industry.
- Special / Professional Certificate: Flight Dispatcher's License.
