The Advisor Freight Sales Support provides operational support to our sales team members and customers. You will play an important role in enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generating activities. The Advisor Freight Sales Support initiates and maintains the internal processes that help enhance customer relationships and effectively manage internal requests.
You’ll have:
- Demonstrated sales or customer service experience in freight, transport, logistics or similar industries.
- Great problem-solving skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Pro-activeness and confidence in decision making and/or escalating.
- High degree of personal presentation, and professionalism.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce, iCargo is advantageous.
