Join our J830 Final Assembly C Aisle team, part of the renowned Panther’s Den at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Our team of specialists work directly on the production floor to provide hands-on support to mechanics and leaders. Specialists are critical to the success of our operations, utilizing their expertise in SFM, QADS, and Engineering Drawings to effectively guide and assist mechanics in achieving optimal performance on the floor.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct daily reviews of aircraft status, including nonconformances and constraints, and provide critical updates to the leadership team.
- Take ownership of both aircraft and line of business, ensuring that essential information and status updates are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and an open mind from day one, fostering a collaborative and solution-focused work environment.
- Play a pivotal role in impacting cost, schedule, and quality by driving aircraft status reviews to ensure timely resolution and alignment with key objectives.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 - $111,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
