Currently, British Airways has an exciting opportunity open for aKey Account Manager Corporate, North America - Dallas.
This position will be based at our American Airline office in Dallas.
What you’ll do:
- Manage an impressive portfolio of Key Corporate relationships on behalf of British Airways and Iberia.
- You’ll demonstrate your strategic mindset to meet and exceed our revenue targets.
- Work closely alongside our Atlantic Joint Business partners, including American Airlines
- Analyse data and use insights to drive revenue generating / share.
- Negotiate bespoke deals.
What you’ll bring to British Airways:
- A passion for building professional relationships, learning about you clients’ business, their industry and delivering customer focused Account Management services.
Your experience:
- Minimum of 2 years account management or equivalent commercial experience (desirable)
- Language relevant to the market served
- CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Excel, Word, Outlook
