Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant located in Bayan Lepas. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling day-to-day interactions with travelers and airport visitors.

- Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
