You will be part of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations team that maintains our world class airport. The IFM team oversees the maintenance of the airport and ensures high user satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to manage a maintenance portfolio. This could include housekeeping, building maintenance, mechanical or electrical systems.
- Ensuring the systems under your charge are well maintained, faults are rectified in a timely manner and carrying out EOL and improvement works as required.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors and colleagues.
- Proposing and managing upgrading, A&A and minor repair works to our facilities.
- Developing and supporting initiatives to improve user satisfaction, as well as the efficiency and productivity of IFM operations.
Requirements:
- Good Degree/Diploma in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and systems in a similar environment.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal, project and stakeholder management, communication skills with a positive and growth mindset.
- Good critical thinking, writing and presentation skills.
