Job Description
The successful candidate will join our Loyalty Marketing team, the custodian of SIA’s KrisFlyer Programme, to design, manage and deliver best-in-class digital experience for KrisFlyer members across the Singapore Airlines website and mobile app, to enhance the customer experience and value of the SIA Group Loyalty Programme.
The Product Owner will be working on enhancing the KrisFlyer digital capabilities including improving self-service functionalities for our members on the Singapore Airlines website.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements to the digital loyalty experience across all touchpoints including the Singapore Airlines website and mobile app.
- Lead a team of IT developers and define the product vision, manage roadmap and product feature backlog, as well as opportunities to improve customer experience
- Work with stakeholders to identify and drive development of features that will improve our ability to acquire, activate and retain KrisFlyer members for the SIA Group
- Work closely with business users to assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Optimise acquisition, conversion and retention rates through a data-driven and iterative testing approach
- Competitive monitoring and benchmarking to identify trends and features
- Compliance with online regulatory requirements across our various locales
- Lead product releases by work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and developers on timelines and activities
- Resolution of technical issues and defects and providing support to customer feedback from our frontline channels such as call centres
- Monitoring key statistics and generation of management reports
- Serve as an advocate and share knowledge of the product both internally and externally
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably IT/Engineering/Business/Business Analytics
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good IT skills with an understanding of trends in the fields of loyalty programmes and e-commerce
- Experience in digital development and innovation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills
- Good project management experience
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification would be an advantage, though not mandatory
