Position type: Permanent Part-time (75%)
Start date: 06.01.2025/27.01.2025
Role Purpose
To process passengers and handle baggage through clerical, manual, mechanical and computerised methods in accordance with Company and Airport procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
- Check passengers' tickets/confirmation together with relevant identification and documents appropriate to flight and destination
- Complete the check-in procedures by using the dedicated systems.
- Follow procedures for passengers with regards to the acceptance of Dangerous Goods in accordance with regulations laid down by the ICAO and IATA.
- Make announcements in accordance airline standard.
- Participates the daily and regular team briefings.

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others whilst at work. You must carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures. What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills in both English and a Scandinavian language (Written and oral)
- Comfortable using computer systems as your main tool.
- To be able to work in a team under pressure and sometimes under conflicting situations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver license (B).
In addition to this, to be a eligible candidate you must qualify for the mandatory EAA Background Check, which requires:
- That you have lived within the EU/EAA consecutively for the past five years
- That you can provide documentation for what you have been doing the past five years (Education, employments)
- That you can provide a translated Police Certificate from all countries you have lived in the past five years.
