Your role:
- Lead & Inspire: Design and manage a global training curriculum for customer service, sales, and experience teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
- Brand Champion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold our brand promise and empower our colleagues to deliver seamless, and memorable customer experiences every time
- Innovate & Improve: Research and implement creative techniques that enhance the customer journey

Your profile:
- Several years of experience in designing impactful training programs, with a related degree
- Proven ability to drive change, lead initiatives, and inspire teams at all levels
- A passion for excellent customer experiences, with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and foster collaboration
