About The Role & Team
As a
Reward Manager, you will be part of our Global Reward team who directly shape and drive the Global Reward strategy to attract, retain, motivate and reward our talent focusing on growing our business through our high performing culture and ongoing transformation.
Here you will be able to collaborate with our Businesses and People teams across the globe, making a difference by developing and managing reward programs that drive employee engagement and business success. Providing strong Reward expertise, offering the best service to our stakeholders, and ensuring we continue to be competitive, compliant, and financially viable in local markets.
By being part of our Global Reward team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business objectives and meet the diverse needs of our workforce. This role will require a global strategic mindset along with local understanding and practical application. Deep expertise in compensation and benefit practices, strong analytical skills and agility to flex across multiple priorities and deliver by establishing strong internal and external networks. You will operate as an individual contributor within a small team of experts, reporting to the Global Reward Director.
What You’ll Do
Global Compensation and Market alignment:
- Develop, manage and implement salary structures and compensation reference tools
- Regularly carry out Job evaluation using the Hay Methodology and market pricing for requested jobs and ensure all new roles are in line with SITA's career framework.
- Manage provision of market information, through participation in salary and benefit surveys, supplier relationships and networking to maintain SITA's competitiveness in our respective markets.
- Responsible for the benchmarking of regional and local Remuneration policy, including carrying out analysis to support the definition of appropriate market positioning of SITA's pay and benefit programmes.
Global Benefit Programs
- Oversee the design and management of employee benefit packages to ensure they are attractive and cost-effective working through People Country Managers, Benefit administrators and Operations teams to ensure renewals and any changes are delivered with the required governance.
- Partner with the GEO Operations teams and finance to managing budget provisions process for Benefit programs.
Reward Guidelines, Communication & Training
- Liaise with the Talent team to develop and deliver communication and training on our Global reward policies and programs and support Reward Policy reviews, documentation and communication as required.
Reporting & Data Quality
- Collaborate with People Analytics & Systems Team to monitor and identify/recommend new or updated dashboard/analytical reporting of remuneration data to ensure effective management planning and decision making globally.
- Responsible for Pay elements on our People Central systems through monitoring, analysis and ongoing management to ensure accurate reward data quality.
Reward Strategy & Design consultancy for allocated GEOs, Countries and Businesses
- Develop and implement reward strategies and solutions that align with the respective customers objectives and culture within the overall Global Reward framework.
- Ensure compensation and benefits offerings are competitive within the market by conducting regular benchmarking and market analysis including modelling and cost impact.
- Manage and support the implementation of Global Reward programs such as Annual Compensation Planning, Incentive plan, Sales incentives across allocated population.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources- Professional certification in international/global compensation and benefits preferred but not mandatory- Membership of appropriate professional body
- 5-10 years of HR Management experience with a minimum of 5+ years of related compensation experience preferably in an international, corporate environment
- Previous Benefits experience
- Experience in a similar position required
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Previous experience supporting EMEA/APAC with a rewards position
