Tasks
As an intern in Project and Process Management at Austrian Airlines, which is part of the Business Development department, you will have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into ongoing projects and the process landscape and to help shape them.
During your six months, you will work closely with your colleagues in a solution-oriented manner:
- You organize and support kick-off, stakeholder and other project and process meetings, for example by creating presentations and minutes
- You support the project managers in ensuring data quality in the project management tool
- You create concepts and documents for internal training courses in both specialist disciplines
- You work together with the specialist departments and support the implementation of process improvements, including documentation
- You support process analyses and optimizations in the context of workshops
- You work on the creation of reports and evaluations to monitor and control process performance

Requirements
As part of the internship, you will be involved in projects and support the team in the implementation and optimization of processes. You can gain valuable experience and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You are studying business administration, business informatics or business management with a focus on project and/or process management
- You have initial practical experience in project and process management
- You have knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have a structured, independent and proactive way of working
- You have a high willingness to learn and an interest in the aviation industry
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
