Our loyalty team manages United MileagePlus®, building travel and lifestyle partnerships that customers can engage with every day, and works with our Star Alliance partners to ensure United can take you anywhere you want to go.
Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new best-in-class Product, Engineering, and Data team, to support Kinective Media by United Airlines, a first-of-its-kind traveler media network from the world’s best and largest airline. We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Data Analytics Manager with experience in digital advertising who is excited to support our growing business!
- Support with pre-sales analytics, providing data-driven insights on United audience and inventory to Sales teams.
- Strategize and build custom, curated audiences for brands basis the campaign goals and objectives to optimize performance.
- Strategize and execute data collaborations with brands via Clean Room technology to create audience overlap analyses, generate audience insights, and inform campaign performance.
- Lead and train a team of analysts to support with the business objectives and drive outcomes for the traveler media network.
- Maintain seamless stakeholder management and open lines of communication to ensure alignment and prioritization with business objectives and initiatives – help teams make faster, smarter decisions.
- Create content for and deliver presentations to United leadership and external stakeholders.
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Business, Analytics
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing/ Advertising/ Analytics
- SQL/ Python/ R Visualization tools – PowerBI
- Strong and proactive communication skills to manage multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of digital marketing/ advertising and the business along with exceptional storytelling skills
- Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity for working with very large data sets
- Advanced level comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships
- Proficiency in using database querying tools and writing complex queries and procedures using Teradata SQL and/ or Microsoft SQL
- Familiarity with one or more reporting tools – PowerBI/ Spotfire
- Ability to communicate analysis in a clear and precise manner
- High sense of ownership of work, and ability to lead a team
- Ability to work under time constraints
