versee the total cost of ground support equipment (GSE) through audits, cost control, monitoring, and follow-up for effective management of ground support equipment for LATAM & Caribbean.

- ontribute to the development of the company's region maintenance strategy and establish budgets, plans, policies, systems and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. E
- stablish goals in areas such as: fleet management, reliability, purchasing processes and service standards and monitor their performance. S
- upervise the regional budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize expenses.M
- onitor time lost due to equipment malfunction. I
- dentify, research and prepare recommendations on significant changes required to resources, procedures, systems, equipment or technology to optimize equipment deployment. I
- mplement and support the MRO tool for all maintenance bases in the company. C
- oordinate and communicate the strategy to the LATAM & Caribbean countries controllers and support field operations for its implementation.M
- aintain effective communication with relevant departments to ensure that maintenance activities meet established goals and standards.M
- anage the SLO for GSE fleet management in cooperation with local managements. L
- ead, develop and encourage your team to achieve the objectives and goals established for the region.A
- ct in accordance with applicable laws and Swissport SOPs and policies.P
- erform other related activities as requested.
