Role Summary
We have an opportunity for proactive
Human Resources Advisor to provide generalist Human Resources support and advice across the business. This role is open to recent graduates within the HR field. You will directly report to Senior Human Resources Manager and will be part of HR Partnering Team.
Key Responsibilities
As Human Resource Advisor your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provides operational and transactional Human Resource support at a local and global capacity.
- Provides support on various Global Human Resources Shared Service and Workday projects.
- Develops effective relationships with teams and managers whether they are internal (regional and in country level) and externally (regulators and unions).
- Assist the Senior HR Manager in providing day-day advice and support to managers in dealing with performance, coaching, counselling and disciplinary matters that may arise.
- Provides operational HR/ER advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, systems, and reporting in accordance with Fair Work Act.
- Support the induction and onboarding for new employees.
- Provide recruitment and talent sourcing support for non-crew roles.
- Assist with injury prevention and management.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience creating HR processes and related procedures.
- Demonstrable experience in interpreting and applying Industrial Agreement and Award conditions within a complex and multi-faceted industrial landscape.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workday, or equivalent HR Information Systems.
