GoJet Airlines - Quality Assurance Evaluator
Location: St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Evaluator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality. The Quality Assurance Evaluator is responsible for conducting audits, inspections, and evaluations of our maintenance, operational, and safety processes. This role ensures compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards, helping to maintain and enhance the overall quality and safety of our airline operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a U S Citizen or legally able to work in the United States
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- A&P License preferred, but not required
- Must have or able to obtain a valid driver’s license and Passport
- Must have or able to obtain an Airport Security ID (SIDA) badge
- Must have a professional appearance
- Must have good writing and communication skills
- Must demonstrate good people skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Must have good computer skills with MS Office applications
- Must pass a basic skills evaluation at the time of interview
- Must be organized, efficient and able to follow directions
- Degree preferred, but not required
- Must relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri area
Key Responsibilities
- Audits and Inspections:
- Conduct routine and random audits of maintenance, operational, and safety procedures.
- Inspect aircraft, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
- Evaluation and Reporting:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance programs and operational procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, including recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure that all corrective actions are implemented and documented properly.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance and operations personnel to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall operational efficiency and safety.
