GoJet Airlines - Quality Control Shift inspector

Required
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate for a minimum of 2 years.
- Have at least 1 year experience on large airplanes with 10 or more passenger seats
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Be willing to travel as needed.
- Adherence to the Professional Standards as outlined in GMM 1-Intro 1.4.
Preferred
- Bombardier CRJ 550/700/900 aircraft experience
- Prior Part 121 experience
- Prior RII experience
- Excellent computer skills
Key Responsibilities
The Shift Inspector reports directly to the Assistant Chief Inspector. The Shift Inspector duties and responsibilities are listed in GMM1 1-7.6, and include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure all Required Inspection Items (RII) are properly inspected and documented.
- Ensure all inspections accomplished on his shift are complied with in accordance with the GoJet Airlines’ CAMP and GMM.
- Monitor work in-progress to ensure that the appropriate technical manuals and tools are utilized during completion of inspections and maintenance.
- Promote safety and provide direction to aircraft mechanic(s)/repairman performing service, maintenance, repair and/or ramp activities.
