The Tower Coordinator is a Liaison between the Tower and dnata Operations. Flight information and changes are communicated to the Tower Coordinator who then transmit information to the dnata Team. Work with over 20 international airlines from diverse countries such as New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea, Casablanca, France, Italy, Germany and many more.
- Ensure that all Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Maintain airline customers' flight schedule, communicate changes, and delays to Operation/Duty Manager.
- Monitor flight activity, gate changes.
- Inform Operations on off schedule flight activity.
- Responds to customer representative's inquiries as needed.
- Communicate and follow-up with the Maintenance department on equipment repairs to ensure adequate levels of equipment are maintained to meet customer’s needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
- Good communication oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in teams with minimal supervision
- Must have basic computer skills and be fluent in the operation of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays
