About The Role & Team
This graduate position offers an invaluable opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, working closely with a global team of colleagues and clients. Ideal for those who are detail-oriented and results-driven, this position encourages the coordination and facilitation of a wide range of tasks, allowing you to interact and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds. Your role in coordinating activities will be fundamental in contributing to the success of the Shareholder Relations team.
As
Graduate Project Management - Shareholder Relations Team, you will become an integral part of a small team at the heart of our international business and the heart of SITA's corporate governance. Sharing the team’s passion for excellence, good governance and relationship management, you will help with numerous activities relating to the Board of Directors, the Council and the Shareholders of SITA, and have a global view of the company’s strategic direction and corporate governance. Under the guidance of the Director of Shareholder Relations, you will assist in monitoring project activities and deliverables, ensuring their timely completion.
We are looking for recent graduates, to join our Early Career Program, as part of the Shareholder Relations team, with an opportunity to become permanent. WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Project Management Graduate, You Will Be Engaged In Various Facets Of Project Coordination And Administration, Providing You With a Comprehensive Learning Experience
Project Coordination Support
- Assist in monitoring project activities and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage project workstream updates and follow-up actions to maintain accuracy of project status.
Project Administration
- Document project activities clearly and succinctly, including meeting agendas, minutes, and reports on resource utilization, risks, issues, and project status.
- Generate regular reports and capture lessons learned to enhance project efficiency.
Project Research
- Dive into research supporting various project objectives
- Analyze previous project documents to gather Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey results and explore improvement activities
- Your research will bolster project initiatives, offering insights and solutions that positively impact our work.
Who You Are
- Completed a bachelor or master's degree in law or Business Administration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen on optimizing and digitizing work processes.
- Approach problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset and embrace design thinking principles.
- Proactive and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify issues and follow through to resolution.
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task with good project coordination skills.
