In this exciting role you will actively participate in the Global ERPs rollout projects and will be responsible for analyzing business processes, training, and implementing system relevant modules in line with Best Practice. You will be developing the product roadmap, driving knowledge transfer, responsible for management and data set up, developing related documents, driving implementations and process in line with organizational change.
As a Product Analyst you will be responsible for the design and improvement of business processes, thinking "out of the box" and propose creative solutions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in ERP rollout project across global sites including:
- Write business requirement specification for new system changes and enhancement - Technical Interface for the automation of postings, Coordination of Testing Support in defining of upgrade plan and set up the road map and organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SME
- Harmonization of Finance interfaces, data, and process across the business.
- Analyze, improve, design, and manage implementation of new/changed processes in Finance and Controlling focusing on the ERP system usage. Set Up Business Blueprint
- Participate in the initial analysis and support the Project Manager in the setup of KES, project plans, deployment plan, training plan for super users
- Manage projects/initiatives in Finance and Controlling globally, and support interface of Finance and Controlling with all other functional areas ensuring adherence with Global guidelines and Internal Controls, Invoice procedures.
- Develop and document processes, functions, training documentation and procedures for Finance and Controlling modules
- Act as an interface between the ERP central team and end users representing the user community at global level
- Proactively identify potential problems, analyze information, and show quality judgment in decision making continuously improve the skills and processes to speed up the conversion and reduce project effort
- Auditing- ERP alignment, Financial Identifications, and master data,
- Assist the Business Owner in the organizational structure set up
- Liaise with CI Team for business improvements and business requirements gathering
- Set up KPI for data quality and monitor those KPI's across the division
- Support Research & Development of new bolt on technology
- Support the set-up Audits and Certification for relevant modules, costing pricing & data quality
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; business, engineering or science disciplines preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years IT ERP experience or minimum of 2 years IT experience in a manufacturing environment
- Airline catering industry experience desirable
- Experience in Change management/ continuous improvement of processes desirable.
- Understanding of and experience with ERP applications
- Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to succeed
- Fast learner that can think "out of the box" and come up with creative solutions
- Ability to organize and track large numbers of simultaneous activities
- Ability to see risks and recommend mitigation approaches and identify issues while managing effective outcomes
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Email, Access, Excel, SharePoint)
- Excellent knowledge of ERP system or similar
- Good understanding of commercial and financial implications of operational changes
- Understanding of health and safety, food hygiene, security regulations
- Project management experience desirable.
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Any ERP (SAP, D365…) certification is preferred
Language / Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal
- Other European languages an advantage, German and French are a plus
- Excellent people and interactive skills; must be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Good interpersonal communication across multiple cultures
Travel:
- On average, you will be required to travel and work away from home up to 25%
- A valid passport is required, ideally with Schengen visa
- This role assumes the normal full-time working pattern, with additional hours required during key delivery points
