Cyber Security Aerospace Engineer (d/m/w)
The Cyber Division of Airbus Defence and Space is a European specialist in cyber security for defence and aerospace assets and systems. More than 450 cyber experts in our offices in France, Germany, the UK and Spain leverage our Airbus DNA by developing products and solutions for customers based on state-of-the-art, trusted technologies. Our mission is to design, develop, integrate and deliver tailored cyber security products and solutions for defence, government and institutional customers and provide operational support throughout the system life cycle.
Your location
Our Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen location is just a stone's throw away from Munich, the beautiful state capital of Bavaria. Do you like sports and other outdoor activities? The Alps and Lake Starnberg are just an hour away and offer a wide range of leisure activities.
You can also work at our locations in Immenstaad/Friedrichshafen on the beautiful Lake Constance or in Bremen near the North Sea coast!

Your tasks and responsibilities
Requirement Management and define security concept for Aerospace systems
Design of Cybersecurity System/Network
Threat and Risk Assessment and simulation of attack scenarios and possible remediation ( knowledge of certain Threat Modeling tools is a plus…)
Evaluate, develop and adapt Baseline for secure system and network configuration and hardening aligned with security requirement
Security Vulnerability Assessment
Desired skills and qualifications
Completed studies in the field of Aerospace / Computer field with Aerospace knowledge
Knowledge of MBSE and System Modeling
Capability to assess threat and Risk for given Aerospace system/solution design
Capabilities to define verification and validation procedures for secure architecture
Very good communication and writing Skills in English (German a plus)
Ability to work in a team and a strong ability to work in a structured and independent manner
