Description:
• Perform sheet metal and composite assembly and development for CH-53K helicopters, B-52 Bombers and different Fighter Jet models.
• Work on the assembly line to produce the fuselage for the aircraft
• Complete riveting, drilling, and countersinking
• Inspect components and assemblies, including frames and skins, performing rework when necessary
• Complete sealing of aircraft structures and components
• Other duties may be assigned
Pay:
• $45/hr
• 5 day per diem package is available
Work Schedule:
• Must be open to 1st or 2nd Shift, working 8-10 hour days on average
• Mechanics should expect to work 50-66 hours per week, including working 2 weekends on/1 weekend off for the foreseeable future
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of aircraft sheet metal experience (experience must be on full aircraft or major assemblies - small parts will not work)
• Must be able to qualify for US Secret Clearance
