The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services:
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual within the RTX Enterprise Services – Controllership and Compliance team. This organization offers opportunity for this individual to be part of a growing accounting department and develop processes to sustain flexibility as business needs change. Job responsibilities are subject to change based upon alignment of processes within this developing organization.
What You Will Do
- Monthly journal entries, closing activities and account reconciliations related to various Collins, Pratt & Whitney and/or Corporate accounts.
- Corporate expense allocations and charges including but not limited to: education charges, leadership charges, technology fees, processing of invoices in WPR system, etc.
- General ledger closing activities including:
- SAP ERP system closing steps & loading ledger data to HFM
- Chart of accounts maintenance
- SAP to HFM tie outs & mapping
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Candidates must be located in and willing to work in a hybrid capacity from an RTX hub in Richardson, TX, Farmington, CT, or Tucson, AZ.
Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role:
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
