The role
As an Aviation Marketing Executive at London Stansted Airport, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are crucial to the success of the airport's retail and aviation campaigns. These will include:
- Deliver a blend of strategic sales and marketing plans via multi-channel campaigns via consumer and trade channels
- Develop strong relationships with key partner airlines, understanding their business model and and strategic goals.
- Support the Aviation team in the creation, execution and measurement of their marketing activity, locally, regionally and nationally.
- Support Aviation Business Development by delivering a B2B strategy, including marketing materials, event and PR.
- Work with PR, Communications and our Social teams to maximise exposure for the airport and our key accounts
- Support digital functions on CRM content, copywriting and supporting database sign up incentives
- Harness data to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activity
- Support and manage key events such as airline inaugurals, route milestone celebrations and similar events
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the budget
- Supporting the wider marketing team with ad hoc project work
What will make you successful in the role?
In order to be successful in this position, you will posses the following:
- Experience in a similar role within marketing.
- Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail focused approach
- Strong understanding of Microsoft suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Project management experience
- A background in travel/aviation (preferred)
- Event Management experience
- Creative thinking
- CRM exposure
- Knowledge of travel industry and digital marketing landscape
