Location: VHQ, Crawley. Hybrid remote working with 3 days a week in the office.

In a nutshell
We are looking for a People Performance Analyst on a 12 months’ Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will use our varied People data from a variety of data sources to analyse, present and tell a story of our employees’ journey, providing high quality insights and promoting data-led decision making.
You'll support all areas of organisational design and workforce planning, along with supporting headcount and employment cost governance. Working in partnership across the business to ensure we have the right people at the right time with the right skills to deliver our strategy.
Day to day
- Design, develop and deliver dynamic PowerBI dashboards on a variety of People projects
- Responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality data-based reports, largely in PowerBI, and engaging with end users to refine where required
- Provide insights and practical recommendations from our People data
- Present and influence at all levels, across the team and wider business
- Support the data strategy, whilst promoting and facilitating end user engagement with PowerBI and our data
- Seek further data-driven opportunities to add new value to the business and be a continuous improvement champion
- Support the introduction of Oracle systems ensuring headcount reporting needs are specified, enabling outstanding People reporting
- Bring regular insight and external thinking into the team, so we're at the forefront of People analytics, and organisational design
About you
We're looking for someone who is highly data numerate, inquisitive by nature, and confident to drive improvements with data led insights.
- Strong analytical experience with a relevant qualification or experience in a previous role
- High levels of attention to detail, and confidence working with varied and large datasets
- Advanced levels of Excel and experience working with a data visualisation tool e.g. PowerBI is essential; specifically experience in both manipulating data in PowerQuery or similar, and front-end report development
- Ability to collaborate closely with the business, confident influencing and persuading using insights and data
- Experience of HRIS is an advantage
