FEAM Aero is currently seeking a maintenance cleaner to join our Miami, FL team. The Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within airport hangars and surrounding areas. This role is crucial in ensuring the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the facilities, which may house aircraft, equipment, and personnel. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help support the day-to-day operations of the Company.
Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain hangar floors, walls, and surfaces to ensure they are free of debris, dust, oil spills, and other contaminants.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and equipment, including brooms, mops, pressure washers, and industrial vacuums.
- Ensure the proper disposal of waste materials, including hazardous waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain order of equipment as needed.
- Clean the company vehicles as needed as they return from service.
