VivaAerobus is currently searching for a Loyalty IT Architect Coordinator for the Doters Team!
As a Loyalty IT Architect you will design, implement, maintain, and improve the technological applications of the loyalty program, as well as lead the technological integration projects.
Your main derivables will be:
- Request, supervise, and implement technological developments, leading development teams from suppliers based on business initiatives.
- Diagnose, address, and resolve incidents in any application within the loyalty program's technological ecosystem.
- Lead integration projects at the application level with strategic partners.
- Ensure that applications meet software development standards and best practices.
- Design the architecture for all interfaces and applications with external systems.
- Responsible for configuring the loyalty platform to ensure it meets business needs.
Our ideal candidate:
- This is a Coordinator – level position based Mexico City.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Systems Engineering or similar.
- +5 years of proven experience in Software & System Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Project Management and Information Architecture.
- Advanced English.
- Microsoft Office Suite Champion.
- Negotiation Skills and creative mindset.
- Customer Service Excellence.
- Available to travel.
