The Boeing Global Compliance Analytics and Effectiveness team is seeking to hire a
Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst. We are looking for someone that desires an opportunity to make good use of their experience and skills in Business Intelligence by becoming a part of our team to assist in the use of data to identify, monitor, and mitigate compliance-related risks.
This role will include efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Global Compliance functions through the use of technology to generate actionable intelligence, including through the design and maintenance of information models, dashboards, and automated solutions utilizing compliance-related data to meet business objectives. By combining basic data analysis, development capabilities, problem solving, best practices, and business expertise we will deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions that improve business operations and enhance the management of compliance risk.

Position Responsibilities:
- Supports a corporate compliance program by designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives
- Leverages programming languages of SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI along with best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to support compliance objections and risk management
- Engages with compliance-related stakeholders to identify relevant datasets and opportunities for analysis, visualization, and automaton
- Processes comprehensive data collection, aggregation, and analysis coming from across multiple teams, systems, and formats
- Demonstrates capability to function and deliver using your best judgement when direction is less structured or defined
- Maintains high aptitude in organization skills
- Scrutinizes and evaluates data integrity and ensures the highest quality of data analysis
- Comforts and aptitudes in engagement and collaboration with global stakeholders and business leaders
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (
Required Skills/
Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
- Experience performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, problem-solving, and making independent decisions
Preferred Qualifications (
Desired Skills/
Experience):
- Experience conducting ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks
- Experience in Compliance programs and/or functions, including with the analysis and visualization of compliance-related data
- Demonstrated familiarity with corporate compliance guidelines, expectations, and best practices for data analysis
- Experience utilizing data analytics to identify organizational/cultural risks and compliance systems that can effectively detect, prevent, and respond to compliance risks
- Experience in cloud storage/computing (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Experience with workflows and process automation
- Knowledge of the R coding language
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $82,450 - $127,650
