About The Position
The Digital Services and Support (DSS) Implementation department is responsible for development and delivery of our Crew and Ops management products to airline customers. We are looking for
Systems Analyst/Software Engineer (Associate to Experienced level) to join our department based in
Singapore. This is an opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic team that solve some of the most challenging airline’s planning and operational problems.
In this position, you will work closely with our clients and develop applications to meet their business needs. We are looking for applicants with strong communication skills who can drive technical solutions decision in a confident way. The candidate should be good at dealing with technical challenges as well as handling client expectations and building long-term customer relations.
Your responsibilities will include requirement gathering, software customization, optimization modelling, testing and continuous improvement on the value proposition of our products.
All positions will be based in Singapore and the candidate needs to be able to travel to our customers from time to time as part of the job, mainly within APAC region. We support hybrid working model.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate and Experienced Level Systems Analyst/Software Engineer.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Information Systems or other relevant major with equivalent experience
- Comfortable working in Unix / Linux environment
- Adept in Python or similar languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive working in a self-organized team structure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unix / Linux system administration, shell scripting, database, GitLab, CI/CD
- Experience working within a Scrum team or in similar Agile project setup
- Airline Crew/Ops Management knowledge
- Jeppesen Crew/Ops products customization experience
