You will be leading our Competence Center “Customer Experience“ with responsibility for creating and offering tailored consultancy services and you will be working in international as well as Lufthansa Group projects,leveraging expertise in consulting/project management, aviation, sales and leadership. Furthermore, you ensure the development of your Solution Group members.
Tasks
You will acquire projects for your own Solution Group – including developing proposals, supporting contract negotiations and sales pitches with the Head of Market.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to...
- Leading the Solution Group “Customer Experience” as functional superior, including budget-responsibility and knowledge management
- Supporting the Head of Market in sales activities, leading proposal preparation and sales pitches
- Working in projects as an expert; possibly as Project Manager
- Identifying and independently following up trends and needs for new and customized services, steering the creation of tailored consultancy services, problem solutions, lessons learned and content for training, marketing/ sales, articles and proposals
- Representing Lufthansa Consulting to our customers, government bodies and institutions and participation in trade fairs and conferences
- Active participation in the work of corporate functions such as recruiting, internal corporate and overarching issues

Requirements
In addition to your field of expertise, you will need extensive experience in consulting/project management and aviation as well as in sales and leadership.
- Completed studies at a university /university of Applied Sciences in economics or equivalent degree
- Profound experience in consultancy/project management and aviation industry with extensive knowledge in the fields of Customer Experience Management and Digitalization
- Broad method and process know-how; several years of professional experience in customer relationship management and leadership capabilities gained as project manager
- Strong project management experience and excellent knowledge of project control and management
- Significantly developed analytical skills, structured and pragmatic approach and ability of abstract thinking
- Broad work experience abroad, enthusiasm and ability for intensive business travel worldwide
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English and German
