We are looking for Business Process Lead to join our Revenue Accounting team at Finnair Business Services. As a Business Process Lead, you will collaborate with the Business Process Owner and the subcontractor team to develop effective and optimized processes in the dedicated area of refunds. Your responsibilities will include quality control, guidance, and improving ways of working. In addition, you will be responsible for proactively seeking potential development items and be involved in implementing them. Therefor ownership of your own responsibility area, good co-operation and self-leadership will guarantee the holistic development of the processes. The main responsibilities in this role are: Daily, operational leadership for Refund process including tickets and ancillaries in co-operation with Customer Experience Responsible for high-quality and up-to-date Refund process Responsible for continuous development of outsourced business processes in Refunds area Responsible for quality control and guidance of dedicated subcontractor team Participating in assigned projects as Subject Matter Expert or Lead. You will succeed if you have: Accuracy, highly analytical and strong numerical capability Independent and pro-active way of working within agreed timelines, through self-leadership Capacity to translate data into useful business conclusions and recommendations Strong cooperation and communication skills across teams and in multi-national environment Ability to make fact-based and structured decisions in a fast-paced environment Fluent spoken and written English Experience in MS Office tools and other relevant systems and/or ability to quickly acquire needed skills Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 2-3 years of experience in travel agency/airline industry, preferably with knowledge on booking and/or ticketing practices Knowledge of one or multiple reservation system(s) is considered a benefit.
