Job description:
An exciting opportunity is waiting for you in Changi Airport’s eCommerce business – iShopChangi! You will head up the Marketing Team, comprising of the branding and communications, campaigns/ promotions and performance management functions. You will drive the transformation and synergies within and between the teams to think strategic and deliver on initiatives to achieve business growth and outcomes. The role will deeply influence and manage internal in-division and external in-enterprise stakeholders to meet strategic goals in a timely manner. The right candidate would be a seasoned data-driven marketing leader with a proven track record of implementing and driving marketing solutions at scale.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Marketing P&L
- Craft growth strategies for all marketing teams, including Brands and Comms, Campaign management, and performance marketing
- Bridge and guide various marketing teams and members to collectively interprete analytical/predictive models to drive short term and long-term goals for the business
- Inspire team members and drive success, leading the teams to maximise profitability and enhance competitiveness in the ecommerce market
- Work with external platform solution providers, agencies and support partners to ensure the right tooling and optimization of marketing experimentation and advertising campaigns
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the business is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly in e-commerce and mobile marketing
- Mentor and develop a team of high-performing marketers
Requirements:
- Degree in related area of studies such as Business or Marketing
- At least 10 years’ of experience in marketing strategy and team leadership, including hands-on experience in digital and eCommerce marketing
- Proficient in applying data to grow the business and using software such as MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and Business Intelligence tools (eg Adobe Analytics, Microstrategy)
- Strong understanding on Performance Marketing Tools such as Braze (Campaign Measurement), Adobe Marketing Cloud Solution, etc.
- Experience in Customer Lifecycle management, CRM / Loyalty marketing will be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to create and deliver compelling presentations of experimentation plans and insights to teams, senior management and internal & external stakeholders
