We are now looking for a committed “Sales Manager (mfd)” to join our IAunit and drive the growth of Honeywell´s AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) business in Germany.

In thisrole, you will lead a regional channelsalesteamtoachievekeysalesobjectives, drivingstrategicprojects and initiatives. You will collaboratewith top partners, enhancesolution-focusedsales and manage keymarketingactivities.

We offer a Home Office solution allowing remote work that can be performed from any location in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the regional sales team to meet defined sales targets

Collaborate with key partners to drive solution sales and cross-selling initiatives

Manage pipeline performance through structured plans and strategic partner engagement.

Launch and manage programs with new Gold Partners, aligning with local market needs.

Coach team members, assess gaps and develop personalized growth plans

Define metrics and oversee partner marketing activities and development spending

Key skills and qualifications

Demonstrated experience in leading teams and extensive sales experience in Auto ID/Supply Chain domainwith a strong understanding of the German market

Proven success in driving channel partner and distribution partner sales

Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills

Ability to adapt to market trends and drive performance

Full proficiency in German and English
