What You Will Be Doing:
As the Team Lead for the F16/F22 IFG Global Supply Chain, you will oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex contracts across commercial, DOD, and international programs. Your leadership will drive multifunctional subcontract management teams, and you will play a pivotal role in developing and administering subcontract specifications and agreements. Your contributions will ensure our projects remain on track and aligned with our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier performance on moderate-to-high-risk contracts, including modified Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and build-to-print subcontracts.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team in subcontract management, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Prepare and execute bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and develop evaluation criteria.
- Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and make recommendations for subcontractor selection.
- Oversee the preparation and administration of subcontracts, including necessary changes and compliance with Lockheed Martin policies.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
