We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Air Traffic Control Services Manager to oversee and manage daily Air Traffic Control (ATC) operations.
This role involves leadership in areas such as Quality and Safety Management, regulatory compliance, human resources planning, and emergency response coordination.
Location- Bermuda.
Salary- $140K per annum.
Contract type- Three years, reappointment will be subject to immigration approvals.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead ATC daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Supervise and train ATC staff, including on-the-job training and performance management.
- Manage air traffic flow, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Oversee emergency responses and maintain operational readiness.
- Operate advanced ATC systems and maintain accurate reporting.
Requirements: - Valid ICAO-recognized ATC license and aerodrome control rating.
- ICAO Class III Medical Certificate and Level 6 English proficiency.
- Extensive operation experience in air traffic control, with management expertise.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
You must be able to relocate to Bermuda, this position is an onsite role.
