Viva is currently searching for Organizational Development Specialist based at the corporate headquarters in Mexico City.
The Organizational Development Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping Viva's championship team culture. This position is responsible for leading talent management processes to ensure the organization has the right personnel in place through effective implementation and coordination of strategies. The role contributes to organizational growth and sustainability by maintaining adequate talent pools and mapping for critical positions, always with a focus on innovation and being people-centric
His or her primary objectives include:
- Implement the VTEP (VIVA Talent Evaluation Process) strategy to support talent management, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement succession plans for critical positions, ensuring a pipeline of exceptional talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support consequence management frameworks, promoting accountability and excellence.
- Update and manage critical position mapping based on business strategy, aligning with Viva's ambitious growth plans.
- Champion Viva's culture of excellence, promoting empowerment, innovation, and a "championship team" mentality.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years in talent management / organizational development / succession planning
- Ability to effectively work with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and data management (Macros)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Problem-solving and creativity skills
- High tolerance for ambiguity and adaptability
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in talent management processes
- Knowledge of change management processes
- Familiarity with People Analytics
