As part of the Program Planning family, you will support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans through effective relationship building and analyzing complex data to drive program execution. Our Program Planners are trusted partners and strategic advisors for our internal and external customers.

What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting Senior Integrated Program Planners in the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing Planning products
- Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
- Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction
- Supporting of Proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters
- Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements
- Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout program lifecycle
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Earned Value Management System
For a level 2, we typically look for a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Desired Skills
- 3 years or more of experience in planning or program management related discipline
- Must be able to obtain a DoD clearance

- Critical Path Scheduling methodology
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
- Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development
- Proposal knowledge
- Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge
- Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
- Exposure to Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools
- Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
