We are recruiting for a Finance Manager to help maintain strong financial controls, improve processes, and provide detailed analysis that drives smart decision-making.
The Finance Manager – Operations will report to the Head of FP&A and be managing month-end close, delivering accurate financial reporting, analysing costs and explaining the drivers behind them. You’ll help with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while keeping a focus on value for money and improving the customer experience.
You’ll partner with the Operations Director for easyJet holidays, and you’ll work closely with the Operations teams, helping them to understand financial processes and supporting improvements across the board.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
We’re looking for a qualified accountant with at least five years of post-qualification experience. You’ll be somebody who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment – analysing numbers to uncover performance drivers
You’ll be able to navigate complex accounting issues across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and be comfortable explaining finance in clear, simple terms when partnering with operational teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll have Excel skills (including basic macros), and experience working with operational teams or in a commercial finance setting. Above all, you’ll be proactive, motivated, and a self-starter who thrives on finding better ways of working and making an impact.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
