We are recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst, who will play a key role in supporting the financial success of easyJet holidays. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll partner with our Marketing and Trading teams.
You’ll be the main finance contact for the Head of Marketing and the Marketing team, overseeing forecasts, ROI analysis, and monthly reporting. You’ll also support the Commercial Finance Manager in working with the Trading & Commercial Development Director, providing insights and analysis for key teams such as Trading, Inventory, and Yield.
As our Commercial Finance Analyst, you’ll manage both current performance and future planning, including budgeting, forecasts, and five-year plans. You’ll work across teams to drive customer and margin growth while identifying risks, opportunities, and strategies to address them.
In Marketing and Digital, you’ll lead on evaluating marketing ROI, managing weekly forecasts, and creating insightful budget packs. You’ll also partner with easyJet airline's Commercial Finance team to align group-wide reporting and provide financial oversight for marketing and digital projects.
With Commercial Trading, you’ll analyse revenues, bookings, and margins, offering insights that improve performance. You’ll also help launch new sales seasons, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams, and present key metrics to senior executives.
You’ll also have financial accounting responsibilities, including month-end processes, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
We’re looking for a qualified accountant who has worked in a fast-moving, complex environment. You’ll have exceptional analytical skills, with a strong knowledge of variance analysis and the ability to pinpoint key issues from large volumes of data, and the ability to interpret accounting complexities across the balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L.
You’ll be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, challenging ideas and explaining financial insights in a way that’s clear and meaningful to non-finance colleagues. As you’ll be managing multiple tasks and projects and delivering detailed and insightful analysis, you need to be highly organised. You’ll also need excellent Excel skills (basic macros) and, ideally, experience with Planning Analytics.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
