Position Summary
About the role:
Trade Compliance Vendor support entails dealing with vendors' inquiries and providing a high quality of customer service. Main responsibility is coordination and collection of Long Term Supplier's Declaration forms in the PHConnect TradeCompliance Module all over the Parker EMEA locations.
Responsibilities
What are your responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with Brokers and Trade Compliance Team
- Verifying, matching and booking financial documents
- Providing supporting documentation for audits
- Keeping daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs updated
- Facilitating the internal import audit for UK entities
- Inward Processing Relief managing to obtain relief from Customs duties and VAT charges
- Obtaining original invoice documents for customs documentation
Qualifications
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Good command of English (at least B2)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities
- Willingness to do further education in Trade Compliance area (on the job as well as additional trainings)
- Higher education in economy/logistics/business informatics will be an advantage
