Description
Design and implement manpower and equipment planning review schedule for Americas region. Provide support for business development and local planning activities. Produce and distribute regional performance KPIs. Provide oversight of local timekeepers and local T&A processes.
Responsibilities To Include But Not Limited To
- Prepare manpower and equipment estimates for RFP responses
- Assist startup implementation and adjustment of manpower allocation for new business
- Conduct regular manpower reviews with Station GMs, Regional Directors, and SVPs
- Present staffing assumptions to upper management for existing and new contracts
- Review station budgets, forecasts, flashes, and CIPs to find savings and synergies
- Plot existing underutilized labor and GSE against potential new business
- Provide manpower/equipment estimation support for Business Development team
- Review, then advise improvements to regional and local planning processes
- Train local Planners on use of Resource Planning Tools
- Manage and review work of local Planners
- Provide advanced reporting consultancy for integration of Resource Planning Tools and T&A
- Train local or new planners on roster and T&A best practices
- Coordinate outside vendor support activities for new products
- Manage local Inform requirements related to upgrade and customization processes
Qualifications And Experience
- Extensive experience in manpower planning
- Experience with Inform or Workbridge planning tools highly desirable
- Experience with StaffTracker or Kronos T&A application a plus
- Extensive knowledge of relational databases and reporting applications
- Operational or Financial background a plus
- Advanced computer and presentation skills
- Ability to travel for extended periods to meet project and training requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (Board to Ramp Agents)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass pre-employment background
- Must be comfortable lifting 35lbs.
