Job Purpose:
The person will be responsible for supporting and implementing the Technical Business Intelligence Strategy within the assigned portfolio, focusing on specific projects. This role involves enhancing data logic and providing relevant data content to stakeholders within Technical. The Specialist will develop insightful dashboards and provide analytical insights and trends, driving decisions at Technical.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for accomplishing deliverables for the assigned portfolio, by providing accurate and timely data
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track aircraft maintenance schedules, component lifecycles, and regulatory compliance metrics.
- Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on performance trends and improvement opportunities related to the assigned portfolio
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights to improve maintenance efficiency and safety.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, predict potential issues, and recommend proactive measures to enhance aircraft reliability and reduce downtime.

To be successful in this role you will need.
- Bachelor's Degree with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) - Skilled in using Google BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and querying
- Experience with Tableau (+3 Years) Certification is an advantage - Proficient in creating interactive and insightful dashboards and reports. Experienced in using advanced features such as calculated fields, parameters, and sets to enhance data analysis.
- Experience with Alteryx (+3 Years) Certification is an advantage - Expertise in building and automating ETL processes to clean, transform, and load data from multiple sources. Proficient in developing complex workflows for business problem solving, including predictive analytics and spatial analysis.
- Experience in airline or automotive industry, reporting and analysis.
