Description
We’re looking for a passionate designer early in their career, eager to dive into a brand with a bold tone of voice and personality. Ideally, you’ll have some experience working in a design team and a solid understanding of seeing a brief through from concept to completion.
As a Junior Designer, you’ll take on a variety of tasks across digital and print, working on a wide range of projects where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, committed to learning and growing on your Ryanair journey, while contributing as a valued team member. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills, tackle new challenges, and be a key player in bringing our brand to life. You will report to the Design Lead, collaborating closely to meet the company’s evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on creative assets across digital and print platforms, following brand guidelines while continuously looking for ways to enhance them.
- Collaborate effectively within the in-house Design Team, confidently working across various stakeholder projects.
- Support the broader team with both day-to-day and long-term creative needs.
- Show creativity from ideation to execution, demonstrating your thought process and approach for each brief.
- Dive into our brand strategy to fully understand the company’s objectives and bring them to life in your work.
- Adapt designs to meet the specific requirements of different platforms, including web, print, OOH (Out-Of-Home: billboards, posters, etc), social, and more.
- Be a reliable team player, helping ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
- Embrace new creative challenges and learning opportunities to grow in your role.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an in-house or agency creative team
- Ability to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ideation skills for brand-focused projects
- Proficiency in design tools across Adobe Creative Suite
- Desire to upskill and explore new techniques through research and learning from team members
- High creativity with excellent attention to detail
- Strong collaborative skills and a team-focused mindset
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus but not essential
