- Job Purpose
- Ensure allocated tasks on the aircraft are carried out as per approved documentation and in accordance with the existing rules and regulations and in compliance with the Company’s policies.
|
- KeyAccountabilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- To carry out and certify aircraft cabin maintenance work as per company standards.
- Perform routine survey of fleet to capture and rectify defects in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute timely closure of all cabins deferred defect including MEL and NEF
- Assist in fleet ARC / C of A inspection to meet the regulatory standards.
- Monitor daily serviceability report and update to all stake holders.
- Monitor daily shift handovers and follow up on open issues.
- Take actions on cabin crew feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments such as MCC, Planning, Logistics, Cabin appearance, Ground services to achieve high standards of cabin maintenance.
- Ensure work area is free of debris/ tools after completion of job.
- Ensures only approved parts/ materials/tools/ equipment having proper documents, are used on aircraft during maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper Shift Hand Over to the incoming shift vide ‘Shift Hand Over Reports’
- Guide, mentor, and train the Junior staff.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HRC. Skills/QualitiesRequired

F. EducationalandExperienceRequirements
MinimumEducation requirements
|
- 10+2 (PCM) or Equivalent
- Ab-Initio AME Training from a DGCA approved institution.
- Must be holding DGCA (I) AME License having Type Rating / Company Authorization on two or more category of Company Aircraft

- 8 years of Hands-on Cabin Maintenance Experience on Transport Category aircraft in a scheduled airline

- 3 years on Narrow Body (A320 Family) and/or on Wide Body (B777 & B787)
