An exciting opportunity has arisen for Order Management Administrator at Rolls-Royce Power Systems. The job is hybrid / office-based in our at the Headquarters in East Grinstead.

At Rolls-Royce Power Systems, our product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

What you will be doing:
- Sales quotation processing and approval management
- Processing of sales orders from order placement to delivery/invoicing including management of 3rd party purchase orders
- Ensure procedures are carried out in line with global guidelines and RRS UK local policies and processes for internal and external audits.
- Answering email customer enquiries and liasing with factories & 3rd party suppliers for on time and in full deliveries.
- Attend/ hold weekly factory, supply and customer meetings
- Coordinating customer requirements, factory production updates and haulier capacity.

- A well-organised individual with good attention to detail, capable of accurate data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A highly motivated and organised individual that works well within a team
- Computer literate. Proficient in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word.
- Must be able to work with exchange rates, work from price lists – Must also be a competent writer of business letters and emails.
