At Jet Aviation, we are seeking a Senior Specialist Learning & Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that empower our people and align with our business objectives. Join us in creating a culture where learning fuels success.
Your mission
Design and implement learning programs: Create training programs tailored to our global and regional priorities, fostering employee growth and excellence.
Evaluate program effectiveness: Measure the impact of learning initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and contribute to ROI strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with the local leaders, key stakeholders and HRBPs to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives, develop comprehensive training schedules, and involve in training budget set up.
Facilitate workshops: Lead engaging and interactive workshops & learning sessions that enhance leadership and employee skills.
Build strategic partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with key vendors to support regional learning goals.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, or any related field, or 10 years of proven experience in the relevant fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions.
- Creative approach to learning design, using adult learning principles, and various tools & methods such as blended learning, e-learning, and instructor-led learning.
- Experience leading functional or cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German and/or French is a plus.
- Excellent research and benchmarking skills.
- Able to work in flexible work environments, with a strong solution-oriented mindset
- A strategic, proactive mindset with exceptional analytical and organizational skills, proficient in managing programs.
