ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Offering Management Intern here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity
to gain hands-on experience in driving the offering management function. You
will work closely with the offering management team to develop and execute
offering strategies, analyze market trends, and support the launch of new
offerings. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the
world of product management and business strategy. You will report directly to
a leader in Offer Management.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Assist in
developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market
trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new
offerings - Gain exposure to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Learn how to monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify
growth opportunities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing and executing offering strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support the launch of new offerings
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Location: This position is available in multiple locations
across the United States.
Pay Range:
The hourly range for this position is $20.00/hr - $38.00/hr. Please note that this salary
information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors
when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and
responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education
and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field with
interest in business side
- Must graduate December 2025 or later
- Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)

organization. Interns will receive relocation benefits and short-term housing
if they are 50 miles or more from their assigned work location (excluding
Puerto Rico and Canada).
