We currently have an immediate opening for a qualified Load Control Supervisor in our Erlanger, KY CVG Hub. This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the .entire network operations. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and management of network operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. The Manager of Network Operations leads a team to achieve operational excellence and supports the organization’s goals by maintaining a high-performance network

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Network Management:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for network operations to optimize routes, schedules, and capacityutilization
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day network operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable transportation of goods and passengers
- Interact with the Hub, ACS, and NCG groups on load plans, excess weight and or bulk issues. 
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Load Planners, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network operations, such as on-time performance, capacityutilization, and cost efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Data Analysis:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for network optimization. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, operations, customer service, and external partners, to ensure cohesive network operations and resolve any issues that arise
- Ensures proper coordination of customer material on all containerized aircraft at CVG and within other flights in the US network in relation to load planning activities
Compliance:
- Ensure all network operations comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Implement best practices and innovative solutions
Customer Focus:
- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer concerns related to network operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed reports on network performance, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges to senior management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

1-3 Years in Hub Ops

Availability to work any day, any time based on operational needs

Ability to report to work at any time, as operational needs required

Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, record keeping, leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills

Ability to effectively and accurately perform and manage assignments and staff to meet performance goals

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group situations

Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management

Ability to operate PC-based software or automated data systems

Ability to perform jobs of subordinates

Ability to travel for short periods to domestic and/or international locations.

Must be able to pass FAA/DOT random drug screenings
