Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Project Manager basic avionics system (f/m)to join our team based in Marignane, France.

As Project Manager, you will be attached to Tiger Offers and Contracts MAS.
You will have the end-to-end responsibility of a set of contracts related to Tiger basic avionics. This means:
- Offer preparation and consolidation (related to engineering part) with the support of the Lead Functions
- offer negotiation with the customer (harmonization of the Statement of Work and cost negotiation)
- baselining of the contract with the support of PMO team
- coordination of technical activities for the development phase up to certification / qualification
- schedule and costs follow-up with the support of PMO team
- interface with the other functions on Tiger plateau: program, ILS, ...
- actively participate to wow deployment: apply wow processes and tools and support their deployment within your Lead functions, with the support of Tiger Process Masters
Job profile description:
Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
Your profile :
You have the following skills :
knowledge of avionics systems
project management experience,
knowledge in systems design and certification/qualification,
leadership,
english : negociation level
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
