for our Marketing internship.
We are looking for an
energetic and highly-motivated intern with great organizational and time
management skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment.
If you are a self-starter and a versatile team player, with excellent
communication skills, and you enjoy collaborative problem-solving, then we want
to work with you. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of
marketing techniques and social media platforms.
Your mission will be
to assist exciting marketing projects that support IATA’s training, consulting
and certification lines of business. You will build awareness and loyalty by
communicating our messages in an impactful and creative way, as our business continues
to grow. Day to day, you will support the entire lifecycle of various marketing
campaigns, from ideation and preparation of project briefs to steering of
vendors, coordination of content, execution and post-launch performance
analysis.
What your day would be like
- Offer support in ideation of possible campaign initiatives to promote brand narrative.
- Assist in the development of creative and engaging landing pages as well as the optimization and editing of corporate web pages to enhance user experience and generate leads.
- Conceptualize, coordinate, execute and audit email automation programs in Pardot with operational excellence & goals of increasing CTRs, engagements, lead conversion and revenue.
- Track, analyze, update and maintain marketing campaign performance statistics and data to educate on their effectiveness and continued improvement.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing plans, campaign calendars and project trackers in Monday.com and ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, design agencies and content strategists in order to develop online, creative materials as well as copy, and keep the team’s asset repository up-to-date.
- Drive user engagement and add value to the user experience by developing and delivering engaging, creative, and relevant content across all content channels (e.g. product web pages, blog pages, social media platforms, e-mail, video, and print).
- Support with other administrative tasks related to the team and help with monthly reconciliation of expenses vs budget when needed.
We would love to hear from you if
- Degree required in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline (degree must have been achieved within the last 12 months)
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Familiarity with email marketing, online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience in the successful deployment of marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills, to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Excellent PC skills, particularly with MS office programs (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI)
- Experience with salesforce.com will be considered as an asset
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with virtual, international (and cross-cultural) teams
- Excellent oral and written English; knowledge of additional languages would be an asset
