Job Profile Summary
The Digital and IT Analyst is an intermediate IT technical position with 2+ years related experience in a technical or business role working in a team environment. Ability to communicate, lead projects, and perform critical analysis under limited supervision. Ability to define/analyze business-related technology requirements and participate in small teams on assignments to accomplish project goals.

Key Responsibilities
· Participate in multiple teams/projects, demonstrating complex problem-solving techniques along with an understanding of one or more technical/functional business areas.
· Provide front line support for technology challenges, deployment of new resource requests, and recommend modifications to basic IT systems to improve processes.
· Define and analyze business-related technology requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Collaborate with team members to deliver project objectives on time and within scope.
Key Skills and Requirements
· Azure Infrastructure Experience: Demonstrated experience with Azure infrastructure, including knowledge of Azure services and capabilities.
· Resource Provisioning: Ability to provision and manage resources in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
· Basic Networking Knowledge: Understanding of basic network components and configurations, including VNETs, subnets, and security groups.
· Azure DevOps experience
· Experience using Powershell and Bicep scripting languages
· Cloud Technologies: Experience with other cloud providers (AWS, Google, etc) is a plus.
Qualifications
Key Skills:
· Participates in multiple teams/projects, demonstrates complex problem-solving techniques along with the understanding of one or more technical/functional business areas
· Point of contact (POC) for most communications with the vendor and manages expectations, recommends modifications of basic IT systems to improve and simplify business systems
· Bachelor's Degree in IS/IT, Business, or related function
· 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology with industry recognized
Specific Skills and Requirements for this opportunity:
